How the Pisgah Patron Program Works
- Determine the amount of your monthly donation.
- To begin, click here to enroll online or download the Pisgah Patron form and mail it to us at: PO Box 5266, Eugene, OR 97405. Instructions are on the form.
- The indicated amount will be deducted from your account.
- Your membership automatically renews each year. Each January, you will receive a thank you letter with the total amount donated the previous year, which can be used for tax purposes.
- You have control over your giving. You can increase your donation amount and make changes to your account at any time.
